If this belief from heaven be sent,
If such be Nature’s holy plan,
Have I not reason to lament
What man has made of man?
Answers:
In the poem ‘Lines Written in Early Spring’ Wordsworth personifies nature, giving her the ability to make decisions, to link herself with the human soul and to experience pleasure. Nature is presented as the doer of the right things.
This poem has a simple form. It is composed of six  stanzas, each consisting of four lines. The poet has used imagery and other poetic devices to visualise the ideas of the poem. ‘The budding of twigs’ and ‘To catch the breezy air’ are examples of beautiful imagery. He has used personification cleverly. eg: ‘belief be sent from heaven’. Alliteration is another device he used in the poem.
eg: 'Through primrose tufts, in that green bower'. The rhyme scheme of the poem is ab ab.
